Greg is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in commercial property. He specialises in advising landlords on property sales, valuations, and unlocking value in transactions. As co-founder of Nexus Property Group in 2012, Greg leads new business development for corporate real estate and private client services. With a background in one of South Africa's largest commercial brokerages, Greg has overseen high-profile transactions for JSE-listed companies and built a national property portfolio. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and network, Greg helps landlords optimise their portfolios with practical insights and strategies.
Elias Tzouvanni – Conducting property sales since 2008 in South Africa and since 2001 in the UK
As co-founder of Nexus Property Group, Elias brings over 23 years of real estate experience. He plays a pivotal role in driving sales across Corporate Real Estate and Private Client Services. His career highlights include negotiating multi-million rand transactions for clients such as British American Tobacco, the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), Capital Property Fund, and Fortress Property Fund. Educated in the UK, Elias began his South African real estate career in 2008 and has consistently delivered results through innovative, tailored strategies. His expertise has guided both private and listed funds toward achieving their investment objectives.
